Test Manager - Test team leader
Test Team Leader is required to join the Testing Delivery Setup Program.
English Langauge is reuqired, and good French or Dutch langauge is required
The Program is in charge of defining and rolling out the test process at IT organisation. teh Test team leader will be responsible for ensuring good planning and optimising process execution. You will be in charge of planning, coaching and follow up of test expert (test coach) during the rollout of the Testing methodology in all IT Organisation.
Duties will also include defining the target model for the future Test Delivery centre and the associated roadmap.
Strong presentation skills are needed in order to prepare presentations and progress reporting to IT management.
Skills Desired for the position:
Demonstrated experience in Test management.· Demonstrates team leadership, project management and facilitation skills;· Experience in change management.· Good knowledge of Testing Center organization and test services management.· Knowledge of improvement methodologies. (Capability Maturity Model, T-MAP, Process, etc.)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence team members, management and external groups. Innovative, outspoken and enjoy working in a complex international team.
