Team Leader Benelux
Salary: Base up to £50k, 20% commission, quarterly bonus on team results
Location: London, Tower Hill, St Katherine’s Docks
Experience: Team Leader / Senior IT Recruitment Consultant
Languages: Dutch/Flemish, fluent in English; French would be a bonus
The Role
As a hands-on leader, you will be appointed to manage an existing team of 3 experienced Recruitment Consultants, 1 Resourcer who speaks Dutch/Flemish/French. Together with our existing Benelux team you will be in charge of increasing Revenues and NFI on the Benelux markets by increasing market shares through repeat business with existing clients and new clients’ acquisition. You will also grow the team with new appointments. You will be supported by our BD Director and have responsibility for implementing our Business Development strategy in the Benelux.
What we look for
· Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: Dutch, Flemish or French.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A minimum of 5 years experience in placing IT contractors in the Benelux, ideally on ERP/CRM/BI
· Experience in managing a minimum of 3 Recruiters
· Target-driven with a proven sales track record in billing more than £300k per annum
· An entrepreneurial and accountable individual
· A dynamic individual with a positive and can-do attitude
· A desire to develop and share knowledge with colleagues
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong organisation and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities
· Set client and candidate development plan in line with corporate strategy
· Set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for each team member
· Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly performance review with team members
· Set and monitor daily and weekly activity standards for the team (prospecting calls, requirements, CVs sent, interviews and placements)
· Adopt a Lead by example approach to motivate and inspire team members by reaching and exceeding your personal targets
· Support, direct and manage the team on a day to day basis prioritising, scheduling and assigning workload to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
· Support team members to represent the company with existing or new clients to discover and convert new business opportunities

· Competitive package, including basic salary up to £50k
· A straightforward 20% commission plan on Contracts (uncapped with no threshold)
