We are looking for a System Administrator e-mail for a 12 month contract to start asap in Brussels, Belgium. The successful System Administrator should be fluent in both French and English.

List of tasks:

• Administration of a large Teamware Office and MS Exchange / Outlook based email infrastructure
• Administration of email security appliances
• Administration of email archiving solution
• Incident analysis and resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution: diagnosis of software and hardware problems, coordination with 3rd party maintenance contractors
• Systems operation
• System monitoring and reporting
• Configuration management
• Evaluation and implementation of security standards
• Elaboration of operational guidelines and procedures
• Implementation of design changes
• Technical contact with external suppliers
• Integration of email servers in the network environment
• Advise in areas such as capacity management, contingency planning, IT service continuity management, automation of respective tasks, security
• Maintenance of server procedures manual and the parts of the disaster recovery plans related to the email server infrastructure
