Senior Consultant (SAP Permanent)

Salary:             £100-120k (OTE Year 1), basic up to £40k

Location:          London, Tower Hill, St Katherine’s Docks

The Role

You will be joining to develop a SAP permanent desk. You will bring on new business and take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, selecting and selling the best candidates to appropriate clients.  The individual who achieves agreed profit targets consistently will be supported into growing a team on defined segments of the SAP marketplace. This is a role for a proven biller looking for an opportunity to develop a desk and then a team within 12 months.

·         Articulate individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         At least 3 years experience supplying permanent SAP professionals

·         Experience in managing Trainee Recruiters will be a bonus

·         Target-driven and result-orientated with a proven billing track record, winning and retaining clients

·         A desire to develop and share knowledge with colleagues

·         Excellent customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

·         Set client and candidate development plans in line with corporate strategy

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly profit targets

·         Developing relationships, winning new business and retaining clients

·         Understanding clients needs and offering relevant recruitment solutions

·         Developing your market knowledge and becoming an expert in a segment of the SAP marketplace

·         Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates

·         Sourcing and matching candidates with your clients’ needs

·         Organising interviews

·         Negotiating offers and close placements
