SAP Permanent Recruitment Consultant (UK)
Salary: £60-100k (OTE Year 1)
Location: London, Tower Hill, St Katherine’s Docks
Experience: SAP UK Permanent Recruitment Consultant (18 months to Senior)
The Role
You will be joining to help us further develop our SAP Permanent Practise on the UK market. You will in charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, creating opportunities and hot jobs, sourcing, selecting and selling the SAP best UK candidates to clients. This is an great opportunity for a proven biller looking to develop a UK desk with our support and a proven strategy.

• At least 2 years’ experience supplying permanent SAP UK professionals
• Target-driven and result-orientated with a proven billing track record, winning and retaining clients

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities
• Set client and candidate development plans in line with corporate SAP strategy
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly profit targets
• Developing relationships, winning new business and retaining clients
• Understanding clients needs and offering relevant recruitment solutions
• Developing your market knowledge and becoming an expert in a segment of the SAP marketplace
• Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates
• Sourcing and matching candidates with your clients’ hot jobs
• Meeting with clients and candidates, organising interviews
• Negotiating offers and close placements
