Business departments, SAP module, national & international linkage with the departments production, sales, logistic, finance and controlling
Reconciliation with external consultants and service providers and internally with the IT department
Technical Knowledge / Education
University of Applied Sciences degree in Information Management or similar education
Work experience / Special Skills/Knowledge
Good knowledge of SAP CRM
Good knowledge of CRM business processes
At least 4 years of work experience
Competent language ability in English
