Montreal Associates are urgently searching for a SAP Change Manager for a 6 months + Contract, looking to start ASAP.
We require the SAP Change Manager to:
The Change Manager supports the implementation of IS change plan and change request process for IS Core SAP Delivery Function. The role develops, implements and manages the day to day activities associated with the Change processes to deliver and improve successful change through prioritisation, visibility, and planning and risk management of all IS Core SAP Delivery changes.
The Delivery Operations Function within the IS Core SAP Delivery Function consists of a newly formed team and this role is to manage the change management aspects of the function.
The role is also responsible for the:
- Stakeholder engagement and on going management of relationships to support the change processes across IS Core SAP Delivery, other delivery functions, programmes and projects and has strong linkages into the central IS department's Change Plan and Portfolio Management team
- Implementation of a change plan across an IS Core SAP Delivery Function, linking existing and future change plans with change impacts and actual on the ground activities.
- Establishment and management the Governance process to support the implementation of the change plan and change request
