Montreal Associates are looking for a Senior ITIL Service Manager to join a leading organisation based in Brabant. This is a 12 month contract with extensions very likely to follow give the scope of the project. The start date is ASAP with interview slots booked for week commencing 27th Feb.
The responsibilities for the role are as follows:
Design and development of ITIL tool
Responsible for Java Scripting and Configuration
Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to changes or enhancements with the tool
Includes documenting requirements, design, and production
Running test scripts
The role is ideally suited for an experienced ITIL Service Manager looking to increase their exposure to the following.
ITIL experience
Service Management tools
Javascript
LDAP or ITSM or CMDB
Must be fluent in English and Dutch is a bonus
