Due Diligence Transaction

Manager (w/m) Transaction Services Financial Due Diligence

• Provision of Consulting Services for large industrial enterprises and private equity investors in the context of mergers and acquisitions
• Direction of Financial Due Diligence projects in an (inter-)national environment
• Realization of complex economic and managerial analysis of organizations and business units
• Manage German, international and multi-disciplinary consulting teams in a professional and motivating manner in Germany and abroad
• Fostering and maintaining contacts with clients as well as contribution to the acquisition of new projects

• Excellent university degree in business administration, business management or engineering and/or similar qualification, ideally complemented by any additional education (MBA, CFA, CA. Registered Accountant, etc.)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting or an equivalent discipline
• Transaction and/or M&A experience required
• Experience in leading project teams and acquiring clients desirable
• Excellent level of written and spoken English, at least German basic skills; comprehensive IT skills
• Self-starter with good analytical skills and zero-defect attitude, broad-minded team player
• Demonstrates flexibility as well as conclusive manners, confidence and dependability
