Montreal Associates are urgently searching for a Demand Lead for a 6 months + contract, starting ASAP based in the UK.The Demand Lead:

The Demand Lead supports both the implementation of the resource management strategy for IS Core SAP Delivery and the day to day operations of the function. The role manages the contractor, onshore and offshore and managed service arrangements for the IS Core SAP Delivery Team as part of the IS department.

The Delivery Operations Function within the IS Core SAP Delivery Function consists of a newly formed team and this role is to establish and manage demand forecasts and approvals processes for resourcing both onshore and offshore and through managed service arrangements in line with the change plan(projects) for IS Core SAP Delivery.

The role is also responsible for the:

Development and maintenance of resource management (demand management) policies, standards and governance/approvals frameworks across the Core SAP Delivery (450+) Function in line with the wider IS function

Development of demand forecast models and reporting to forecast resources across a 450+ team and links with the KPIs and reporting and compliance team.

Challenges internal teams to ensure their operation meet the requirements of any external audit and to liaise with any external auditors as required
