My client, active in the financial sector is looking for a BI developer.
The purpose of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Developer is to provide ongoing development of the data warehouse including the end-to-end development of additional Data Marts and the actioning and/or optimisation of existing processing. The BI solution is built using a BI stack.

Who we're looking for
* A minimum of 5 years relevant software development experience with at least 3 years development Microsoft based MI and BI using Microsoft Reporting Services and Analysis Services.
* You will ideally have spent several years working in financial services and have a knowledge of lending, especially unsecured lending and/or risk processes.
* An expert knowledge of ETL gained within a SQL server (2005-2008) environment and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Transaction Services.
* Experience of data modelling techniques for advanced the design and development of Data warehouse and OLAP data systems would be highly advantageous.
* Knowledge of.NET development (VB) would be advantageous but not essential. Any knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) or Lean Methodologies would be useful.
