Excellent knowledge of XML, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS;
Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to plan, manage and lead projects whilst mentoring other developers; Financial background or a strong interest in finance;
Knowledge of redundant systems e.g. web and SQL server farms; Beneficial Skills Experience in off-shoring; Experience of liaising with business analysts, project managers and customers;
Experience in SQL replication; Hardware architecture An opportunity has presented itself for an experienced senior developer that can workIndependently with excellent development and communication skills.
The role will suit an individualwho likes to play an active role in identifying and improving processes within the full projectlifecycle. The UK infrastructure team is responsible for designing and maintaining framework which is used todrive over 320 projects. This is used by our development team in India to create customer projectsand the successful candidate may be required to travel to Chennai from time to time to highlightnew features and provide training.The position is full-time (37½ hours) and would be based at the companys Surrey office.
