Careers

In order to help all our staff succeed, we invest a lot of energy and time into ensuring recruits are fully integrated into their new roles. The most senior people at Montreal Associates take a hands-on and supportive approach to management; coaching and training are provided on an ongoing basis.

If you have talent, commitment and enthusiasm, you are assured a great future at Montreal. We have a transparent path of career progression mapped out and all our staff are promoted on merit.

Career paths

As a Resourcer your natural progression is into sales as a Recruitment Consultant – this can be within one year or at working to another agreed timescale. Once established in the role, Recruitment Consultants have the opportunity to recruit a Resourcer. Once this Resourcer has developed into a sales role a team grows organically, with no limits to size.

Training and development

A career in recruitment entails daily challenges which you will need mental agility and a positive, upbeat outlook to overcome. Building relationships with candidates and clients is a task which requires large amounts of self-motivation and determination, but you will be coached at every step by our experienced management team who will give you their full support and guidance.

Rewards and incentives

In addition to our generous commission scheme which is uncapped and has no threshold, we have a number of other incentives that we offer our staff.

We all work towards company targets, and corporate days out such as spa days, go-karting, helicopter rides, indoor skiing and sky diving take place each time a corporate milestone is reached. We work towards ambitious but realistic targets, both monthly and quarterly targets for individuals as well as teams.  APSCo Charity events, five-a-side football and marathons are also on the agenda for those interested in participation. Naturally, we wrap up the year with a glamorous Christmas party.
